Rack of Lamb

This year, Travis took me on the best birthday adventure ever.  He drove me out to Wegman's and gave me cash to buy whatever delicious foodie pleasures I desired.  My favorite purchase was a seasoned rack of lamb from the butcher.  I baked it for about 20 minutes at 400 degrees and it came our perfect!  I served it with my take on "Zaytinya- style" brussels sprouts, which only other DC residents will know - crispy brusssels sprouts with a creamy yogurt dressing.  My Travis sure does know me well - best birthday ever :)
